Commercial Coatings

We use an industrial grade planetary floor grinder to prepare your concrete surface. This profiles the concrete and removes damaged and failing coatings; forging a tougher bond. To prevent concrete dust, we use a high grade vacuum with OSHA approved HEPA filters to thoroughly collect any concrete particles and keep the job site clean.

When the preparation is done, a priming epoxy is applied to the concrete surface. This process allows product to flow into all the minor depressions and irregularities in the concrete surface. This process improves the adhesion to the concrete. After the prime coat process is finished, then we apply the color coats. At this point during application we apply the custom color and specialized finish you selected. Lastly, we apply a clear finish coat to protect from sun fading and scratching.
